The common problems come with thyroid gland are hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism. The following are the preferred foods to dull the problems associated with thyroid gland.


Coconut oil

Iron and copper associated foods

Cassava and millet
Cassava and millet are the rich sources of cyanogenic glucosides, these will stop the iodine present in the gland. These foods are also contributing for the proper function of the immune system.
